Privacy policy
How we handle your personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Last updated: 13 July 2026
Who we are
Marga is a registered migration practice operated by Lavanya Inavolu, registered migration agent (MARN 2619477). You can contact us at lavanyainavolu@outlook.com or +61 481 789 153.
What we collect
When you send a message through our website form, we collect the name, email address and details you choose to provide. When you book a consultation, our scheduling provider collects your name, email and chosen time. Our host also records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security and analytics.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you ask for, and meet our professional and legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing without your consent.
Service providers
To run the website we use trusted third parties: Web3Forms (delivers form submissions to our email), Cal.com (consultation scheduling), and Cloudflare (hosting). These providers process your information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. Please do not send passports or identity documents through the website; we will arrange a secure channel for sensitive documents once we begin working together.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and retain it only as long as needed.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing lavanyainavolu@outlook.com. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page.
