Terms of engagement

The terms for using this website, and how a formal engagement with Marga works.

Last updated: 13 July 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Marga website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

General information, not advice

The information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute migration or legal advice. Migration law is complex and every case is assessed on its own facts. You should not act on anything here without obtaining advice tailored to your circumstances.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee the outcome of any visa application. We have no special relationship with, or influence over, the Department of Home Affairs or any decision-maker.

How engagement works

Contacting us or booking a consultation does not create a client relationship. We act for you only once we have provided the Consumer Guide, agreed a scope of work, and both parties have signed a written agreement setting out the services and fees.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Marga and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information provided on this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
